TOPS RECYCLING
Brief Introduction:
This Auto Feeding and auto Discharging Used Rubber Tyre Recycling Pyrolysis Plant is applied to process the tyre / plastic/rubber scraps into liquid fuel oil, which achieves the high efficiency continuous production with great safety, zero environment pollution performance, good society effect result and economic benefit
Working Flow:
Firstly, two or three workers feed the raw material into the reactor, seal the feed inlet, and then burn the coal /wood at the bottom of the furnace. The waste raw material in the reactor will be heated slowly. The oil steam will be produced when the temperature reaches 180°C-400°C. And then the oil steam will be separate to light component and heavy component by separate device. The light component will enter into the condenser and meanwhile the residues will be discharged automatically in succession. After cooling, the liquefied part will be crude oil, and the waste gas (this part cannot be liquefied) will return to heating supply system to be burned by combustion gas purification.
