Rubber Strainer, Rubber Filter
This rubber strainer is used for filtrating the gelled rubber before it enters the calender to ensure the purity of the raw material and protect the calendar and relative equipment from damaging. It is mainly applied to filtering such impurities as scrap iron, stone etc. off
Features of the machine:
1. Screw and screw barrel are made of special steel with nitrogen treatment, durable.
2. Jacketed type screw barrel for cooling the rubbers effectively.
3. Double head strainer for quickly and easily filter net exchange.
4. Smoothly running and high output.
5. Equipped with die-head auto opening system when electric power is cut off.
