Features

1. The screw and screw barrel are all made of nitrogen hardening steel, so resistance to wear enough and better self-cleaning.

2. The screw with advanced structure is machined with N. C. Milling machine, so high precision.

3. Liners of the barrel with helical intake grooves had better heat conduction and feeding rolls are fixed at the feed zone.

4. Advanced reducer with a forced lubrication system, high working accuracy, less noise and wear resistance.

5. It is driven by a D. C. Motor, choose extrusion parameter according to different kinds of rubber stock and viscidity.

6. Each zone of the extrusion body can be automatically controlled with a hot water circulating unit.

7. More uses, the extrusion head or screw can be changed to extrude different kinds of rubber stock
