This PVC pelletizing Line is mainly applied to convert PVC powder into PVC pellets, or the mixture of PVC and wood powder into granules. It is one of a compulsory equipment for PVC Wood plastic composite panels and profiles production.
The whole production Line consists of screw conveyors, conic twin-screw extruder, hot-cutting face die-head, conveying pipes, blowers, and material collection hopper.
The auto weighing and sewing machine is also available as per the buyer’s requirement. However, it is high recommended to the customer for higher capacity and easier labor work.
