PVC marble profile making machine is mainly used to produce PVC artificial marble profile, marble skirting, and floor tiles etc. PVC artificial marble profile is extruded by conical twin screw extruder and shaped by mold. The surface is treated with hot-stamping machine directly in line or water transferring after extrusion, which makes a mirror-like surface with strong feeling of smooth and shining marble.
By changing different molds (die-heads), this machine can also produce PVC window door profile, PVC cable conduct tube, PVC edge band and so on.
1- Inside Main Material: Nature Stone Powder.
Nature stone powder is a natural carbonate mineral monoclinic hard rock powders after milling and selection, the main component is Caco3, which has 95% moisture inside, environmental protection.
