This granulating machine is specially designed to convert the waste PE, PP, PS, ABS, PC, PMMA scraps into granules by the special design of screw structure and machine configurations.

It adopts high grade configuration such as hard face special gear box, the screw and screw barrels are made of 38CrMoAl with deep nitridizing, intelligent temperature controller, the screw barrel is covered by special thermal resistant material, hydraulic or electrical non-stop screen exchanger, movable water cooling tank, blower drier, rotary chopping machine etc. auto feeding, and auto packing machines.

Both extruders are equipped with screen filter, and equipped with good moisture ventilation. The granules made by this machine is tight in structure, shining in color, and well plasticized.
