This OTR Tire Recycling Shredder is specially designed to shred the OTR Tires, or big truck tires. It is a heavy duty design with the crushing room area of two meters by two meters, so, all tires with the diameter of less than two meters can be feed directly without any pre-cutting.
If the tire diameter is above two (2) meters, it must be cut into sections by TIRE SIDEWALL CUTTER and CROCODILE SHEARING MACHINE, then feed the tire cuts into this shredder.
The output from this machine can be used as TDF (Tire derived fuel), PYROLYSIS, or go to GRATER to get rubber mulch;
The rubber mulch go to GRANULATOR to get rubber granules
The rubber granules go to PULVERIZER to get RUBBER POWDER.
The rubber powder can go to DEVULCANIZER and RUBBER MIXING MILL MACHINE to get RECLAIMED RUBBER.
