The Medical Waste Shredder is design for shredding the medical wastes. It adopts imported high quality steel for the blade that has good corrosion resistance. It could process various medical wastes, such as plastic waste, rag, cotton yarn, clinical waste, infectious waste, needle and injection syringe etc. In order not to cause any pollution from Splash material during shredding process, there is multiple sealing for cutting chamber and power supply device. The output size of material is uniform. Nearly 96% or above of it will be about or less than 45mm and it could reach the national standard requirements. There are many advantages for the medical waste shredder, the significant features are low rotation speed, high torque and low noise etc. With Siemens PLC, the shredder could be controlled automatically. The functions include start, stop, reverse and overloading protection.
