It consists of hydraulic auto feeding system, single shaft shredder, screw conveyor, and crusher.
The waste pipe will be converted into rubber granules which can be used as raw material to make new plastic products with the application of this plastic pipe recycling system.

Square tools with holes on the shredder rotor. These tools can easily cut thick and hard materials. Optimal design of the rotor does not produce heat, thus avoiding the degradation of the material. Which significantly increased the cutting efficiency.
The movable knife seat and knife makes maintenance and repairing work get very easy. When the square tool is worn at one corner, you can easily turn it and use another corner. Each blade can be used for two times.
The driven force is supplied by high quality reducer which is mounted on the end of the rotation shaft and connected by pulley to a high quality motor.
