1. Introduction
Ballistic separator is an excellent sorting device for MSW, kitchen waste, waster paper recycling industry sieve according to the size, density and shape of different materials.
Ballistic separator through the eccentric shaft drive strip plates running. The materials to be screened and shake into the heavy, 3D rolling material (such as wood, plastic bottles, cans) and 2D material light, flat part (film, paper, cardboard) and undersize part (sand, food, residual) to follow-up treatment process
—— Sorting machine of separating 3D materials, 2D materials and fine materials.
3D materials:Refers to heavier, rolling materials such as plastic bottles, stones, wood, boxes, cans, etc.
2D materials:Refers to the lighter materials, such as plastic film, packaging bags, paper, cardboard boxes, fiber products, etc
Fine materials:Refers to under the screen materials. such as sand and organic materials etc. 。
2. Work Principle
The transmission mechanism is composed of driving shaft, driven shaft, eccentric wheel. Ballistic separator through the eccentric shaft drive the transmission mechanism running.
The strip plates produce reciprocating circular motion similar to the spring.
The material can be sort three kinds. The large grain size, heavy and rolling 3D materials. Small particle size, low elasticity, fines materials. Light flat large size, 2D materials.
Though the connection between the different grad ability and the differing behavior, the material for separation in the machine can be affected by the angle of the strip plates. So built a lifting device for adjusting the angle of strip plates.
Note:
In order to avoid the damage of the sorting plate should control in-feed stability, to avoid affecting the separation effect. Don't used for separating large masonry construction waste, large solid waste, this kind of material in the pre-sorting out.
Don‘t use it for separating strong acid alkaline materials
