1. Introduction
Composition of eddy current separator is composed of an annular conveying belt, internal core roller, external magnetic roller etc. The internal core roller built-in magnetic eddy current rotating speed, which is high frequency eddy current magnetic field changes, strong magnetic field to high frequency variation of nonferrous metal debris, the interaction between the magnetic field and external magnetic field generated by eddy current, to separate from original non-ferrous metal debris flows of material.

2. Work Principle
Eddy current separator is divided into concentric and eccentric. Its working principle is: the role of magnetic roller comprises an outer drum, an internal magnetic roller, magnetic roller driving motor.
The vortex separator after opening the internal core and high-speed operation, circular belt materials of nonferrous metal induced current in the alternating magnetic field, the current and the magnetic field generated with the original magnetic field in the opposite direction, the repulsive force of large nonferrous metals (Lorenz), the non-ferrous metal material ejected from the moment, objective to realize the separation. According to Biot Savart law, the induction of non-ferrous metal surface is larger, the repulsive force is larger, more conducive to sorting.
Eddy current separator is usually combined with other sorting equipment to achieve high purity and high quality recycled products
The eddy current separator is equipped with magnet, so the raw material must be removed the magnetic material by magnetic separation device before sorting, so as to avoid the high heat generated by magnetic material, damage the eddy current.
